J.R. Gerow is a novelist, poet, climate advocate, and intermittent musician. He was born in Buffalo and now lives in Montreal, Canada. He studied literature, economics, and law, and has worked in climate and energy regulation for a NY-based think tank. J.R. loves discovering new voices to write in, but his work most often straddles the literary and speculative overlap. His shorts and poems have appeared in journals including The Yale Review, The Literary Review of Canada, The Tusculum Review, and Hypertext Magazine.
