Jack Frost and the Carol - for kids and the young at heart. Written and performed by Mark Brine.
A children's adaptation of Mark Brine's "The Carol and the True Folk Legend of Jack Frost." On Christmas Eve 1978, the author experiences a fatal accident. Travel with him as he goes back in time to Heaven and witnesses the Hearald Angels, created for the sole purpose of making up hymns to herald the coming of Christ. Jack Frost, the final and most unlikely candidate creates a new kind of singing—The Carol—but the choirmaster Gagriel and other angels can not foresee its validity. Jack, refusing their denial retreats to Earth, undertaking a centuries-long quest to prove his point, not knowing the catalystic events that this carol will ultimately bring to pass. This book is the missing linking between the Chrst and Santa Claus parts of Christmas.
